We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Simone Pérèle lingerie, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items such as briefs and adhesive products must remain in their sealed packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with all original labels and tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund or exchange.
